WATERSIDE BACHELOR’S HOME IN EMSWORTH
Emma Painter Interiors was called by the homeowner who had lost enthusiasm for the project after extensive renovation work to make the house habitable.
The Design Brief for this waterside project was to ‘inject personality’ into the interiors and make sense of the spaces.
Every detail was beautifully curated from artwork to bespoke EPI designed furniture with the result that the interiors, originally described as ‘a series of bland white boxes’ by the owner, became a warm, comfortable, contemporary home. During the course of the work the brief was extended to incorporate three outside spaces to make full use of the indoor-outdoor lifestyle provided by the home’s location on the south coast.
